Multilingual phone bot for our dental clinic

Project Description

Our clinic misses calls constantly during morning rush and patients do not always leave a voicemail. We want an AI phone bot that answers in English and 中文, handles booking and rescheduling, and texts a confirmation afterward. Anything complicated should hand off cleanly to our front desk. Twilio and OpenAI are fine if that is your usual stack. We would like thorough testing on real accents before this goes live with actual patients.
