Small Shopify brand shipping across Canada. We get the same questions daily about shipping delays, returns, and sizing, and our one support person cannot keep up. We want a chatbot grounded in our real policies, available in French and English, with a clean handoff to email when it is unsure. Should match our existing site styling.
