Build a follow-up agent for our sales team

Project Description

Toronto-based B2B software company. Our reps close well on calls but follow-up falls apart once a lead goes quiet for a week. Looking for an agent that watches our inbox, drafts context-aware replies, and books meetings on our calendar, with a human approval step at least for the first few months. We run HubSpot and would prefer something built on Claude or OpenAI. Keep it explainable, we do not want something emailing prospects that we cannot fully account for.
