I set up AI phone answering for clinics, nail salons, and restaurants in Abbotsford that miss calls during busy hours. The system answers in English or Tiếng Việt, books appointments straight into your calendar, and texts the details to the customer. I build it with Twilio and connect it to whatever booking tool you already use. For Vietnamese-owned shops here I can record the prompts and train staff in Tiếng Việt.
