I build website chatbots that actually answer your customers instead of looping them. I ground each bot in your real docs and policies so it stops making things up, then hand off to a human when it is unsure. Most of my clients are retail and e-commerce shops that get the same shipping and returns questions all day. Stack is usually OpenAI plus a small vector store, embedded on Shopify or a custom site.
