I build website chatbots for retail and service businesses that get the same handful of questions all day, hours, returns, appointment availability, and it eats up a small team's time. I ground every bot in the business's actual policies so it does not improvise answers, and I set a clean handoff to a human for anything it is unsure about. Most of my clients are small storefronts in Decatur and Midtown. Stack is usually OpenAI plus a lightweight vector store, embedded directly on the client's existing site. First month of tuning is included.
