I set up AI phone answering and booking bots for restaurants and clinics that miss calls during the dinner or lunch rush. Built on Twilio with OpenAI, the bot takes reservation requests, answers basic questions, and texts the customer a confirmation. I built one for a busy RiNo brewery taproom that was losing walk-in reservations to voicemail. I test heavily with real accents and background noise before launch, because a phone bot that mishears a name is worse than no bot at all. Booking a couple of weeks out currently.
