I design multi-agent systems for businesses that have outgrown single-prompt tools. A typical build has one agent that reads incoming requests, one that looks things up in your data, and one that drafts the reply for a human to approve. I use n8n and the OpenAI and Claude APIs, and keep humans in the loop on anything that touches money or customers. Recent work was for a Burnaby import company drowning in supplier emails. I am an SFU grad and still based nearby. I prefer to start with a paid two-week proof of concept.
