I design autonomous agents for import/export operations around Richmond that touch a lot of moving parts. A typical build is a multi-agent setup where one agent reads incoming shipping docs, another checks them against the purchase order, and a third flags anything off to a human. I lean on OpenAI and a Supabase backend, and I'm careful to keep a person in the loop for anything that costs money. Most owners I work with speak Cantonese, so I document the system in plain language for their staff.
