I build website chatbots that actually answer customer questions instead of looping them back to a contact form. Each bot is grounded in the client's real docs and policies so it stops improvising, then hands off to a human when it is unsure. Most clients are healthcare admin offices and small retailers around Boston that get the same insurance and returns questions every day. Stack is usually OpenAI plus a small vector store, embedded on the client's existing site. Available now, and the first month of tuning is included in the price.
