I build website chatbots grounded in your actual policies so customers stop getting looped or lied to about shipping and returns. Most of my work is for retail and e-commerce shops around Bellevue and Redmond that get the same handful of questions all day. Stack is usually OpenAI with a small vector store, embedded directly on Shopify. I offer support in English and 한국어 since a chunk of my client base serves Korean-speaking customers. First month of tuning is included so we can fix whatever the bot gets wrong once real traffic hits it.
