I set up RAG knowledge bases for logistics and trading firms in and around the Loop that have years of contracts, rate sheets, and compliance docs scattered across shared drives. The build ingests those documents into a Pinecone or Supabase vector store, wires it to GPT or Claude, and puts it behind a plain internal search box so staff stop pinging each other for answers. I spend real time evaluating accuracy before anyone relies on it in front of a customer. Remote-first, with on-site kickoffs downtown when useful.
