I build follow-up agents for real estate teams in Brickell and Coral Gables who lose buyers to slow response times. The agent reads new inquiries from Zillow and the MLS, replies in the lead's language within minutes, and books a showing on the agent's calendar. Built on OpenAI and n8n, with a human approval step for the first few weeks until the broker trusts it. Most of my clients here work bilingual English/Español listings, so the agent switches automatically based on how the lead writes in.
