The bot deflects the routine stuff, order status, return windows, sizing, and escalates the real problems so a lean support team is not buried. I lean on existing tools where possible, usually a Shopify app plus an OpenAI layer, instead of overbuilding. I am direct about what is worth automating and what is not, and I keep pricing predictable month to month.
