The usual job: pull order data out of email and Google Sheets, generate weekly delivery reports, and send invoices automatically through QuickBooks. I lean on Zapier and Airtable so nothing lives in one person's head. Before this I did bookkeeping for two farm-supply stores, so I understand the seasonal swings and the margins.
