I automate the office side of trades and logistics businesses so owners stop spending evenings on paperwork. Typical jobs: turn job-site notes into invoices, chase unpaid invoices with polite follow-up emails through Zapier, and send weekly job summaries to the owner's phone. I connect QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and Gmail so nothing gets entered twice. Several of my clients are Spanish-speaking contractors in Abbotsford, so I can set things up and explain them in Español. I keep it simple and only build what you'll actually use.
