I build autonomous follow-up agents for sales teams that lose deals to slow replies. The agent reads inbound emails, drafts a context-aware response, and books a call on your calendar, with a human approval step until you trust it. I mostly use Claude and OpenAI with n8n as the glue. My clients are Vancouver SaaS startups and a couple of Japanese-market firms doing cross-border trade, so I work in both English and 日本語. I keep the agent scoped narrow on purpose, because a focused agent is one you can actually debug.
