I set up RAG knowledge bases for professional services firms so staff can ask plain questions and get answers pulled from their own documents. Typical job: a Lonsdale accounting or law office with years of PDFs, policies and templates that nobody can find quickly. I use OpenAI embeddings with a Pinecone or Supabase vector store, then put a simple search box in front of it. I also automate the monthly reports that usually eat someone's Friday. I'm careful about what goes into a model and what stays local. Remote-first, but I'll meet in Lower Lonsdale to scope things.
