I automate the back office for tourism and hospitality operators around Lower Lonsdale and the Shipyards. Booking confirmations, waiver collection, review requests after a tour, and the spreadsheet of who paid what all get handled without someone watching a screen. I build mostly in Make and Zapier, connected to Airtable, Twilio for text reminders and the booking tools you already use. I also speak Spanish, which helps when staff or guests are more comfortable in it. I like quick wins first, then we expand. Remote-friendly, and I'm a short walk from the Shipyards.
