A guest enquiry comes in, the agent qualifies it, checks availability, and either books or hands a warm summary to your concierge. Built mostly in n8n with OpenAI, connected to your booking system and HubSpot. I also automate the post-stay or post-treatment thank-you and review request so it feels personal, not canned. Most of my clients are in Ambleside and Park Royal. I keep the tone polished because that's what your guests expect.
