I set up phone-answering bots for Richmond restaurants and clinics that get more calls than staff can pick up. The bot answers in Cantonese, Mandarin, or English depending on the caller, takes reservations, and texts the details to your front desk. I use Twilio for the phone side and OpenAI for understanding the caller. A lot of my work is around Richmond Centre and No. 3 Road, where owners are losing dinner bookings to missed calls.
