I build follow-up agents for auto shops and detailers in Surrey. When a customer's service is due or a quote goes cold, the agent texts them in English or Vietnamese and books the next visit. I use Make plus Twilio and tie it into whatever booking calendar you already have. Half my clients are family-run garages off King George, so I keep the setup cheap to run and easy to switch off. I can have a basic version live in a week and tune it from there.
