I handle FAQ deflection and after-sales follow-up for small online brands shipping out of Seattle. The setup answers the routine stuff, order status, sizing, return windows, and escalates anything that needs a real person, so a one-person support team can keep pace during growth spikes. I build on existing tools where possible, usually a Shopify support app plus an OpenAI layer, instead of a custom system nobody can maintain.
