I handle the FAQ and after-sales layer of customer support for small online brands, the repetitive stuff, return status, order tracking, sizing questions, so a one or two-person support team can keep up without burning out. I lean on tools you likely already have, a Shopify support app or Intercom, plus an OpenAI layer on top, rather than building something custom you will have to maintain forever.
