I handle the routine side of customer support, order status, sizing, returns, so a lean support team can keep up without hiring. My setups deflect the repeat questions and escalate the real ones, usually an OpenAI layer on top of Intercom or a Shopify support app rather than a from-scratch build. A few of my clients are direct-to-consumer brands started here that now ship across North America. I am honest early about what is worth automating and what is not worth the engineering time.
